It is per month. If one shares an apartment with a roommate, rent should be around $1000 - $1300 per month.

One also needs a professional letter of recommendation, an official transcript, and a degree along with TOEFL/IELTS or PTE score.
GMAT or GRE is not required for a full-time MBA program.
How is the MEng Robotics program at UMD?
The MEng Robotics program at UMD is pretty good. Tution fees fees are affordable too. But robotics jobs are a bit hard to come by, especially as an international student. That is primarily due to the fact that most companies require US citizenship for security clearance reasons.

Yes, the MBA program of UMD is good.
Sir I think it is because my university Marywood has very poor ranking it's regional one this can be reson for rejection because sir visa officer did not know anything about this university
It might be the reason. As I said in my previous comment that it's hard to say. You can try a visa again in a different city.

Every Visa officer has to follow Section 214(b).
Section 214(b) is part of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA). It states:
Every alien shall be presumed to be an immigrant until he establishes to the satisfaction of the consular officer, at the time of application for admission, that he is entitled to a nonimmigrant status…
There are multiple reasons why Visa might have been rejected it is very hard to say, and it is super frustrating when they don't provide a reason.
Sometimes, it might be the university's reputation, or sometimes the visa officer himself would be not in a good mood (this can happen).
You can try again in a different city and don't lose hope. These things are hard to control. Nowadays, many countries have recognized the value of educated Indian students, and they have opened their doors too.
