    when you try to set your cut to 90 degrees.. click on the smaller lines.. they are snap guide lines xD

    so no prime or raft?

      In this particular example raft was not needed. I try and be mindful of where I place my cut to reduce the need of supports if possible. With this example the arm just barely fit the print bed so I manually removed my prime/purge lines before it got to those areas on the first layer.
