    So "jumping" is just the result of pushing up from the legs to make contact with the ball at the highest point possible, and add a little extra power to the swing.

    My serve is constantly evolving ! For the better ! - A small tiny tweak here ,, a minor adjustment there .
    If you’re not changing a thing , you’re not improving. The same goes for your Forehand and Backhand. Actually,, this applies to all the other strokes.

    @Rick Macci: The thing is: I hit a pretty good serve but I don’t land into the court far enough to goten take advantage of it. If I try to tilt and bend like shown, I do, but then I can’t control my toss… here’s an example of a good serve but I have to stay quite upright to hit it. ruclips.net/video/kfV9YDeutY8/видео.htmlsi=r4pIt606wXG8obOv

    But Federer does not put his legs together. Nor did Sampras, etc. Different strokes for different folks.
