"wiping out the MVNO's" would defeat the purpose of the MNO/MVNO relationship. If the MNOs want to get rid of MVNOs all they have to do is stop selling them their surplus capacity. But that would eliminate an important revenue stream, so...

Yes and us mobile launched teleportal which lets you internal port from one network to another and it doesn’t affect your plan. Super slick and you can do it from your dashboard

They’ve been my provider for 2 years. I’m on WARP but on the beta for AT&T.

So I copied the link to the video where they actually talk about the plan of bringing AT&t AKA Dark Star. Just, go to 25 minutes into the video and it's right there.

They aren't trying to wipe out the MVNOs... They could literally do that today if they wanted to by just not selling service to them. The network owners don't see MVNOs as competition, they are business partners.

They are partners, correct, but the big 3 want those customers that have signed on with MVNO's; these customers are used to the network, so they are trying to win them over now. e.g: take mint mobile and ultra Mobile; TMobile will now gain access to all those customers and they have full control over the companies, leaving consumers with two less options outside of the big 3. I think slowly they are helping MVNO's build up so that they can buy them out and win over consumers that don't particularly like the big 3. that's just my take on it.
