@fescan There is a cost to using Adobe's Generative AI but these are by way of credits instead of a fee on top of your existing subscription. Depending on the subscription you're on, you will be given certain number of credits per month. For example, if you have 1 Adobe app, you'll have up to 500 monthly credits. If you have all Creative Cloud apps, you'll have up to 1,000 credits per month. After you reach these limits (which will count any variations you generate and the use of "Generate Similar", "Generate Background", "Generate Image", etc), you can still use Gen AI but at a slower speed until your credits reset. You can also buy more credits by subscribing to a "Generative Credits Add-on" plan. Of course, this info is only accurate as of the time of my writing this so if you want to keep up to date or want more info, you can check out www.adobe.com/products/firefly/plans.html.
but now i can't have the generative fill interact with MY IMAGE by going the quick mask, filling with a percent of gray, leaving quick, put in my prompt and watch the generative fill INTERACT with MY IMAGE. I SHURE HOPE ADOBE DOES NOT TAKE WAY THIS FEATURE as they have with the Beta version
@RonMarshallrone You can try putting "Seamless pattern" in front of your prompt in Firefly. E.g., "Seamless pattern of dog playing in snow". Though it's not 100% perfect. Some feedback I've heard is that if you re-generate an image multiple times, the pattern doesn't quite line up with each other any longer. If that happens, try opening Firefly in another web browser.
Thank you Hoy. This is perhaps the clearest, least distracting Photoshop channel I have come across.
