Backfather One Pan Toast/Simple Brunch/French toast/鸡蛋面包

I've made a very simple toast of a backfader that you can make with your eyes closed.
It's moist and sweet, so it can't be tasteless :)
I strongly recommend it as a simple brunch!
[Material ]
- 1 slice of bread
- 2 eggs.
[Create ]
1. Pour egg water into a heated pan and put bread on it.
2. Turn it over when it's cooked properly and tidy up the edges.
3. Put sugar and cheese or ham on top and fold in half :)
4. Grill the front and back until it's golden brown.
