What i like about plastic tree is the fact that you can actually hear emotion behind his vocals most music now a days you question the meaning behind it and why it was created but with most j rock groups you can hear it in there music. That's why i love j rock and can't get enough of it.

@Desi1204 They are famous in their own right. They've been around for close 20 years now. Just because they don't run in the same scene as popular VK bands doesn't mean they aren't successful or well known. Many English speaking fans are more familiar with more extremely styled VK bands, but that doesn't mean that other styles of rock music and the bands that perform them aren't around and doing well. Look up some of Plastic Tree's older videos, they were more typically VK style in the 90's.
They don;t sing just for the sake of singing, but they sing and convey music with emotion that really reaches out to the listeners. It's an art, a skill and a gift and I find that j-rockers utilize it to the fullest.
@TheMissMemory hey what's with the hate for an cafe? both bands are great in their own rights, no point comparing them cos they both have such different styles.
