Yes he can though it’s on the more difficult side and is inconsistent on smaller characters

@stevensensei8 Yeah it's very difficult and if the opponent is crouching 90% of the time it'll whiff. I'd only recommend doing crossups during lvl 3 oki or specific blockstrings into assists. You can use j2S but your opponent can reflect/super dash so you'd have to condition them beforehand.
