iPega 9023 gamepad - wired connect Android device by using USB data cable (not wireless/Bluetooth)

Instead of more popular wireless connecting of iPega PG-9023 gamepad to the android device, we will connect it via usb data cable (take note: not charging cable only). At first i thought it is only for PC desktop/laptops.
