    7 important lessons !
    1. Dehypnotize yourself
    - break boundaries
    - dont set value for yourself
    2. relaxation
    - don't be over concious
    - don't be in rush
    (When we are relax we do things better and clearly)
    Ex : balloon technique
    3. reverse worring
    (Most of the worries that we worry about will never happen)
    Ex : gambling fever
    - stop thinking negative
    Change it ; what if i win .... Or double ?
    4. Practice shadow boxing or skull training
    - self talk
    - start imagine and visualise things
    5. Have a sense of purpose
    - don't wait for crisis
    - don't wait for perfect moment
    (Turn crisis into opportunities)
    6. Winner effect
    - focus on small wins
    ( Atleast have two to three goals )
    Hence there is a whole video on winner effect you can check that outt !

    1. Self Dehypnotization ( imagine yourself as a better version and get out of your own conceptions about urself)
    2. Relaxation (the ballon exercise)
    3.Most of the worries that you worry about will never happen (so don't worry) reverse worring and get into a positive loop...
    4. Shadow boxing ie. Imagine that you are doing the work that you are supposed to do like a pro eg. Studying
    5.Set goals or know ur direction so that you know exactly what you want to do...
    6.convert your crisis into opportunity ie. Try to stay clam in triggering situations ,practice this and try to handle the pressure by working in a relaxed manner, not thinking abt the result but just to perform better...
    7. The winners effect

    I would like to share a story I deactivated my social media from 2020 till the date I don’t use social media. The benefits that I attain I don’t compare myself to others, I don’t checkout others, I needn’t have to care about others, I able to give myself more time, I learned new skills like singing, playing guitar, started new business though,first couple of days it’s not running well but for the time being it’s running very well.

    Edit: My opinion, we indians we fight between us and western countries use it well. Like past British did. We want western ideology but don't want Indian one. If white man tells that Bhagwat Geeta is good for life then we believe but our guruji say we don't listen. There are many book available in indian with all languages but we don't read. We go with western countries they market well compare to we do. Be wise ✅

      it’s so big and it’s a religious book. You cannot summarize it will be interrupted in a wrong way let it be. then people will ask for Bible Quran summary to which is not possible. This books are very long and wrong interruption would be very dangerous.

    Sir , actually me ek project pr kaam Kar rha tha , mere pass 3.5 years ka time tha , lekin 1.5 years mene kaam thik se nhi Kiya, Pehle m multiple resources me se kon se resource ka use Karo tab confuse tha , use baad kese steps lu us m thoda kaam karta phir confusion me rehta , is confusion se meri life k 1.5 years waste ho Gaye, ya bol sakte h ki lessons mile , kyuki m kuch galtiya Kar rha tha like
    1 . perfection planning ( jab tak planning ek dum perfect nhi hoti m kaam nhi karunga Vala attitude) .
    2. Choosing from multiple choices( aaj k time per multiple resources free m available hone ki vajah se hu, confusion m aa jate h ki kon sa resource better hoga humare liye ) .
    3. plan for long vision without map ( mughe ye project phases m tod tod Kar diya gaya tha , mughe ye bhi idea nhi , ki phase 1 ke complete hone ke baad mughe next phase m kon si team milegi , milegi bhi ya nhi kuch nhi Pata, lekin phir bhi phase 1 pr Dhyan na. Dekr next phases ki chinta krta raha , ye jante hue bhi ki phase 1 ki meri performance hi phase 2 ko m kya karna h kese karna h , y decide karegi )
    In 3 problem ki vajah se meri life ke approx 1.5 year waste ho Gaye December m puri 2 year ho jayenge .
    I know ye problems bakio ko bhi hoti hogi Lakin kiss dusre ways m toh in problems pr bhi video banao .

    Guys Mai bahot pareshan ho gya hu...Mai sochta to bahot yaani kaafi kuchh huu lekin Action nhi krr pata ,Jab mai koi kaam shuru bhi krta hu toh mujhe lagta h kii isse achha to aur dusrii feild h and then m uss field m jata hu to mujhe firr usme kuchh fayda nhi dikhta , ye ek bahut bada reason h...
