Been watching a bunch of these for the last few days. This has to be the most insipid track I've seen so far! Shame as I would've thought Texas would go big and grand. Oh well, on to the next one!

Its probably because of the road just look at the condition of it. You wouldn't want to be moving side to side much, its really only suitable for a straight course even if that, except crashing on it is still going to be painful..
I have seen a better track that had a water ramp and another that had foam.... the worst track was Briazil...
I love how soap box racing is still going strong for over 100 years. Carting has never lost it's shine.

In other countries, people wipe out because they're using bicycle wheels that are barely attached.
In America, they wipe out because they've got overly elaborate suspensions and high centers of gravity.
Even in soapbox racing Americans refuse to use corners...
I think it might be due to the fact that the track is almost flat so it would be too hard to gain momentum back after a turn
Recovering the wobbly wobbly wobbly was just nothing less than master class racing.
I think the guy on the back had a lot to do with it

Leave it to Texas to have some of the most beefy suspensions I've ever seen watching, guess they got practice with their lifted trucks? Regardless, I wish I could see what some of them could do on an actually challenging track!

the course is easy and only has a couple jumps, no water so it has speed but not the UK difficulty, fun to watch and a score of 9

Soap Box races here in the U.S. can't compare to the daredevil courses overseas.
