Jackson's National cemetary. I served in the Army possibly plan on being buried there. His only yonger brother, my uncle, served as a Marine but is buried in St. Matthews down the road from Columbia but still in the "Midlands"!! Peace!☮️
When this came out, I was a Marine stationed at Okinawa Japan ! All the brothers had gone out in the Ville, Kinville, a small town outside of the gates of base, they bought these monster jam boxes, some were 3'-4' long ! I'd wake up to this or Rick James Super Freak playin on four or five jam boxes at the same time 5:30am ! The brothers would be dancin in the showers and squadbay in bath towels and flipflops, combs or toothbrushes were microphones !!!
Saw them live earlier this year.Zapp did a backflip on stage. I got on stage with them near the end. Got my record signed too. Real entertainers. Best choice ever going to see them.
My parents met them before they died. Dad was a bouncer in Bako at the club they performed at. I was a teen when I heard this story. Great musicians they were.
