Dear Armando, this is my first time commenting on your video, I hope you read it. Thanks for the video, your effort to learn about our culture impresses me. You used 2 expressions in the video. 1st: "Fatih made friends with the Italians because he knew that if the Italians attacked, it would be impossible to take Istanbul." This is not a correct statement or thought. A leader who conquered Istanbul in 53 days is not afraid of any nation, of course, Fatih was a very magnanimous leader who wanted all minorities to live in prosperity in our country. The main thing for him was not to make enemies, but to make friends :) the two mean different things. 2. phrase “Perhaps he even learned the language of Italians, whom he does not like and does not want to speak.” Fatih Sultan was a very intellectual person.
