Oh my childhood. I used to climb all over this place when I was younger. Such fantastic memories. Thank you so much for uploading this.

What genre of music would this fall under. I want more of this

Generally this would fall under Folk I'm pretty sure, though it is also technically country. But that is a very large category, as it could net you anything from this, to songs circa 1880's(maybe earlier), to possibly Bob Dylan. I have also tried to find this kind of music for a couple of years, but end up mostly sticking to Disney area loops like this. Though there are a few other collections of music in this style on RUclips. You can try looking up "folk guitar instrumental" or "instrumental folk guitar music". You could also try Bluegrass to find this kind of music, though you will likely get more banjo incorporated into the music than what is heard here.
P.S. if you have not listened to the Grizzly River Run area music, give it a listen. It's one of my favorites, and want to learn some of it on guitar one day. Hope this is helpful to you.

This music reminds me of Michael Hedges. I highly recommend.
