Hi, please eat simple vegetable food, without oil, without a bit of animal food, for a few days or weeks, and you will get rid of pain. They are caused by the wrong food you eat. Be vegan for a month and you will get rid of pain. Then you can eat a little bit of animal food, but just a bit, not much, otherwise the pain will return. Be blessed! :)
