Every time I tried it the blue screen popped back up, here’s how I fixed it.
1. If you are using a tablet hold the volume down, power, AND the centre hold button.
2. Make sure your phone is not plugged in charger.

@@mamaruun1280 I had to take it to a repair shop and get it reset, but most of my stuff was backed up online or on the cloud so it wasen't so bad, did lose my pictures and unbacked up note pages tho
