many years ago, our church joined with thousands around the globe in participating in the "hundred days of hope" - a momevement lead by darlene zschech to bless the nation of rwanda for the 100 days memorial of the genocide.
i had just been in a prayer meeting as the team from our church was preparing to leave to travel to rwanda... and in that meeting, i kept saying, "jesus, You are the hope of the nations! heal our land!"
after the meeting, i went to my small office and sat down at my piano and, as i often do, turned the prayer into a song... it played for years (maybe still does?) on christian radio, and we are so pleased to finally have this beautiful video to go along with it.
Jesus IS our hope...
no matter what the economy says, no matter what it may look like, no matter how the storms may blow, we have this hope - Jesus - as the anchor of our souls!
