Gonna be tuning in and sharing these videos with my daughter. She has a really good jump shot but she needs to work on dribbling and a lot of other things. Thanks for posting this valuable information.

You become what how you play in games. If she wants to be a lockdown defender she'll have to guard their best everytime and get used to getting beat on in the beginning. If she wants to have a crazy handle she'll have to constantly go at her defender with 4-5 dribble moves. Also need to understand the value of teamwork and the fundamentals like rebounding and how to box out. That's where watching film can help. 2014 spurs is a great example. They say it takes 10,000 hours to become great at something. If that's true she can be a great player in a few years if she focuses on what parts of her game she wants to be great at and just constantly work at it in real games. Practice helps but game experience is the most important.

Can you ask Andrew where he gets his goggles from, what brand, and if he uses Single Vision lenses on them? I was always thinking about getting some Horace Grant's since my eyes cannot do contacts.

You clearly don't understand what % of basketball players play college basketball, let alone Division 1. 15 Division 1 schools who have their jobs on the line when building their team consider him a Top Prospect- I think I'd trust their opinion over you bro. I encourage you to not be one of those people who are negative on the internet for attention, you have much more to offer the world than that Thomas! Keep working bro, but spread love not hate.
