I actually think its more Lady Echo singing that Song as she is the child of a godess (kinda kmaking her an only child of the univers in a certain way) and she sings about Oropo. In case u were refering to Oropo with this commend.
This show deserves SO much more attention. It's got imagery and themes that I've seen genuine adult entertainment stay away from. And I honestly think Nox and Oropo are some of the most amazingly believable and even relatable antagonists I've ever seen in ANY media.
oropo while he is an antagonist, shows that some of the actions of yugo have consequences. Thats what i love about this show is the writing with villians. Nox justed wanted more time, qilby wanted to help his people, and oropo wanted to replace the gods with better demigods. all three went at their goals in the way they deemed how they should've gone
Pretty sure Qilby was just bored or how do you say it when he start a war with a friendly species just becuse he wanted to go explore space (and that alone)

Then he spent milennia in a place that would make anybody batshit insane in a couple months, and became led only by his madness and trauma and wanted to leave the world that caused them both. Even if it meant having to destroy it. Qilby is the embodiment of how truly horrible Immortality is.

You know the real tragedy here? His race feared altering the future so much. But when things that were came and passed, he was actually free. He could live and do anything he so desired.... and chose to cause so much death and pain. He had his own life- but he wanted one that was never truly his.

I remember watching and absolutely loving this show! I just wish they didn't leave us on a huge cliffhanger tho, I mean I understand it would be pretty hard going from just this to just *"OH HEY WE MEETING THE GODS I GUESS"*
Honestly I don’t care that Oropo was the “antagonist” he was more right then yugo he was trying to do the right thing and was revengeful too because yugo trapped him from the beginning of time

Honestly with every rewatch i love the Character of Lady Echo more. Not only is she hot as hell but she also is a interesting subversion of the expectations. Through her we see the more reasonable side of Oropos Group. She shows us that they arent necesarily evil and out for blood but have a goal they are willing to fight for while still maintaining the ability to solve conflicts through talking. She seems like such a gentle soul and yet fights so fiercly when it comes to defending those under her protection. She really is the what the Godess of Motherhood and Protection should represent. Also the last move with her giving everyone a feather to safe them was just so badass. She took a stand against Oropo while still not being able to actually fight him because she loves him so much.

Then I saw this amv a week ago and literally rewatched 2 seasons in 5 days because of this amv and no other reason. I'm so happy there are ovas and s3 as well to keep me occupied for few more days!

Wakfu Writers had some good moments in some areas it felt weird but also not too bad. It really improved the most with Oropo arc. The "Owl of the Dragons" I wounder if that had a meaning Oropo clearly had a owl motif compared to the Eiletroupes which in lore they are Kin to Dragons 'Also I did like The Eiletroupes have these Wakfu wings of dragons I also luagh how it was on their heads lol but eh small details.
