Hi! 🌸 I believe you can achieve your dream! What made this possible for us was being self employed, but in today’s world with so many jobs allowing their employees to work from home, it’s opened up the opportunity for more people to move out to the countryside. There’s a lot of bureaucratic stuff one needs to understand & work through when moving to Sweden, but it shouldn’t hold you back! Do it ⚡️
i love the beauty of natures in Europe Sweden your kids will enjoy the beauty of natures and the play ground, I wish hoping I can live and married europian make happy family
Living in a simple life is the best ♥️ Sweden I most likely Norway😊 I think you film this during summer. Love to see that the kids enjoying the nature and they can run freely and pick some berries outside ♥️ take care and Godbless

Hi Nicole! Thank you for reaching out :) yes! We're are doing good! I've just been enjoying the summer & spending all my time outside. I have been filming and really want to get back into editing, times just been flying by :) Hope you are doing well.
Wow.. I really want to move to Sweden... Here in Malaysia, everyone is Living in materialistic.. Always Compare each other..... How lucky you are.. Btw.. I hope you enjoy your life there in Sweden 😊❤️❤️❤️
Most people are living very materialistic lives in Sweden as well. These youtubers (Of whom many are foreigners or former big city-people)showing a life in the countryside , in the forest and so on are not showing what it really is to live in Sweden. They are showing a fairy tale. NOT real life. Very, very few people in Sweden live like that in the forest, picking berries and so on. Most people live in cities, have very ordinary jobs as busdrivers, in some mine or as teachers or nurses or whatever and many, many live in flats. Very few could make a living just walking around in the forest, and potting about the house on the countryside. These people are chasing a dream, showing a dream and a fairy tale.
@@anthonyadams9520 I think more and more people these days are longing for a slow life, a life in nature and a life in more peace and quiet. But these you tube videos showing life in rural Sweden as a fairytale life do not show the truth. They show a very well edited version of what they themselves dream about, hope for, long for. That in itself is not wrong, as long as you who watch these videos (and they are many these days) understand that you are watching a dream, a fairy tale and not the absolute truth about living in Sweden, or living a rural life in Sweden. These former city dwellers and foreigners very seldom make friends with local people and become a real part of their new country. The country, the forest and the local people are more or less props for their videos. Not always and not everywhere of course, but for the most part. I hope you can find a less materialistic life, a more natural and slow life in your own country. Or where ever life takes you in this world. Perhaps one day you make videos about that. Truthful and genuine videos that show both the dream and the reality. But true peace, and true connection with what really matters in life comes from the inside. From a renewal of feelings and thoughts, from new choices and decisions. You cannot travel across the world to find that. Not for real. Perhaps the change of environment, everything new around you in a different part of the world, like a forest in Sweden, can give you a sense of that something new has happened in your life and that you are on a new and better path in life. But if it comes from outside it will not last. I wish all good things in life for you. Bless.
@@henriettanovember4733 thank you for the reply.. Yeah I will think about it... Actually I really sick living in the city.. I cannot find peace... Btw, Once again I say thank you for explaining... I will find my own peace😊✌️
Ohhh, how I love this emotional video! I really got goosebumps... I can't believe that you'll not be in Berlin anymore when I come back. I've had the best memories when I stayed at your flat. I'm so happy for you and I hope to see you again soon in Sweden. I love your channel and feeling so involved in your beautiful journey! Thank you. Big big hug!
Hi Signe! I can only recommend you going after this dream of yours :) I think the ages of your kids will largely determine how they react to the move...mine are 5 & nearly 3 and because they don’t have attachments to school or friends, they have been very open & excited about the move. I also think that the fact that we were in lockdown for 3 months before our move also made the transition for the kids much easier. Another point to make is that we moved from a city where we didn’t have extended family. I can imagine it might be difficult for kids if they were to move far away from grandparents and cousins whom they are close with...moving to the countryside with teenagers might have its challenges, but if the kids are young I believe they’ll adjust nicely to being closer to nature & with happy parents who are going after their dream :) I wish you all the best!
@@diaryofseal thank you for such a quick answer! My son is nearly 4 and my daughter nearly 1, so their age doesnt seem to be the problem. My biggest concern is the language barrier, but we might have a slight advantage because we are from Denmark and can fairly easily understand the swedish language. But i worry still :) we are close to family though.. so i don't think it will ever happen for real (that and the fact that my husband have zero interest in moving to a new country) It makes me so sad because i am such a big dreamer :(
@@signewerner1310 don’t stop dreaming! ☺️ the nice thing about Denmark being so close is that you can easily move back, if Sweden doesn’t work out :) which might be a good starting point in trying to convince your husband to try out the move. As far as language is concerned, your kids will easily pick up Swedish at that age. When I was 4 my parents moved me from Denmark to South Africa & I quickly learnt English. Also, Swedish will be my sons 4th language and he’s already teaching me Swedish :) I really hope you’ll find a way of giving your dream a try :)
sweden old swords history in movies the heroes of sweden is stronger and have a good heart to everyone, like you Guys that's why i love your vlogs videos
Haha :) yes, for sure! Germany also has beautiful nature & wilderness. But we don’t have any extended family in Germany...here in Sweden we have my brother and his family, aunts & cousins, & my parents are now a couple of hours away by car...we wanted to be closer to family which is a big reason we moved here :)

Do it ⚡️
@@diaryofseal Thanks for the kind words! :)
i love the beauty of natures in Europe Sweden your kids will enjoy the beauty of natures and the play ground, I wish hoping I can live and married europian make happy family

Hello...look beatiful place
Later when people move for peace it's good.
I was born and raised and live in Sweden 🇸🇪:D ❤❤
@@henriettanovember4733 ouh, I see.. Btw, thank you for sharing the information about living in Sweden 😊✌️🔥🔥
Awesome place live well and healthy ☺️

Welcome to Beowulfland:)
Välkommen❤️
This is my BIGGEST dream! Being a mum of two myself, im very curious to know how your children has reacted to the big move ? ❤️
But i worry still :) we are close to family though.. so i don't think it will ever happen for real (that and the fact that my husband have zero interest in moving to a new country)
It makes me so sad because i am such a big dreamer :(
@@signewerner1310 don’t stop dreaming!
@@diaryofseal thank you Ellen! ❤️
This made me cry xxx
Good luck

sweden old swords history in movies the heroes of sweden is stronger and have a good heart to everyone, like you Guys that's why i love your vlogs videos
Could you have added to Gram’s house to fit your family!
That was unexpectedly emotional haha curious though couldn't you have lived a similar life in Germany? Is there as much wild on Germany?
Haha :) yes, for sure! Germany also has beautiful nature & wilderness. But we don’t have any extended family in Germany...here in Sweden we have my brother and his family, aunts & cousins, & my parents are now a couple of hours away by car...we wanted to be closer to family which is a big reason we moved here :)
@@diaryofseal so lovely, and so appreciate you leaving in and being so candid about your emotional journey and the losses as well as gains in your new life. Hope to follow in similar footsteps with my new family ❤
@@Tori-op3mx Thank you so much for your message Tori :) May all your wishes for the future come true! Hope you have a wonderful day! Love, Ellen x
Kram,

Hallo Elle, Danke für deine comment :) My German writing skills aren't too good, so I hope English is okay. I had a look at your instagram and you take such gorgeous photos of your beautiful surroundings. I hope you one day you make video content here on youtube :) wishing you all the best!
@@diaryofseal Hej! I am so sorry, I assumed you are german because you lived in Berlin. 🥰 thank you so much for your sweet compliment. I once did videos on youtube too and I hope I can start again in the future ☺🧡

♡
I also have a dream to move to one of the scandinavian country Norway or Sweden 😭
Varmt välkomna till Sverige
I am going to move to my childhood home, and I feel that my grandmother's soul is still there...
Ah fantastic its nice to feel a certain presence and pride that guides.
