I’ve thought about doing these to my strength co but don’t know if I’d like it.
I don't think I've seen anybody do it to the Strength Co. plates before. There's a lot more text on them so it might not work as well. Could always try 1 set and see if you like it!
Use the 15mm tip paint pens. Worked best for all my deep dish plates 45s to 5s. It will go at least 20 times faster and come out much better. The finer tip pens will tend to pull up the previous coats you put down no matter how long you let it dry. Trust me. One 15mm pen is all you need for all your weights for 8 or more coats. I got a pack of 3 on Amazon for $12.

Hey man, awesome video. I am considering purchasing these plates. I’m curious if there was a reason you purchased multiple sets of 45s vs 100s? You said you have about 1000lbs and just curious how you broke it up. Thanks!
I personally find 100s to be extremely impractical. It's not worth taking off a 45 and putting on a 100 for any lift, and going up by 200lb jumps is too much for myself and the vast majority of people. I have 9 sets of 45s, 1 set or 35s, 2 sets of 25s, and a set of 10s.
Question: how many 45 Rogue deep dish plates can fit on a ohio power bar? I'm guessing like 7-8 right?
Yup 7 maybe 8 but you wouldn't have room for collars.
