In 1976 I was only 7-8 but used to go to the roller rink every week and I can totally remember them playing the boys and jail break. Some years stand out, and that was 1 of them. A lot was going on in our Bicentenial year. If I could go back to that era I would. It was a much better America IMO!
I love Thin Lizzy but I can kind of see what the rest of the band had to put up with seeing Robbo. A pissed, young Robbo with attitude must of been a nightmare.
I just saw the new Thin Lizzy and they were just great. Would have loved to see Brian, but the 2nd guitarist they had was absolutely fantastic! He played more leads than Scott!

I really like Brian Robertson {as a player and person} I admire his honesty ..and i hope he can look after himself -quit booze - and not become a casualty himself - i would rather see lizzy as follows : GORHAM - ROBERTSON : DOWNEY : WHARTON {on vox } ...and whoever on bass . Wharton is a great singer ...and would lend a vibe of authenticity ..i just wanna see lizzy in oz ! I dont care if its brian downey solo on keyboards !
