My goodness. I've gone and spent two days twisting every other particle effect till it almost worked with like 6 layers and stupid render times and then you come waltzing in and just point out that while this effect really wants you to think its only use is as a 3d cannon emitter, it hides a SINGLE SWITCH BOX that does exactly what I needed. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Saved me from buying particular to boot!
