We’re Vero and Justin, Canadians who took a year off in their thirties to travel the world. If you haven’t met Ember yet, she’s our precious doggie joining us on this adventure.
The day is finally here: we’re back in Croatia!
After spending a few weeks in Arizona, we flew to Milan to pick-up our rental car, then drove to Pula, Croatia to kick off our 3-month road trip across Europe. Last week we spent some time exploring the city of Pula and kayaking on the Adriatic sea. In this video we’re stopping at the Plitvice Lakes National Park on our way to Zadar.

Hey Illiana! Oh, have so much fun in Zagreb, it's such a beautiful city and so worth visiting!! Plitvice is lovely, however if you only have a short time in Croatia and not a die hard nature lover, you could skip it. Don't get us wrong, it's very pretty, but it's a bit of a treck to go, and the process is quite long once you get there with the boats and shuttle bus. Instead, if you're looking for a day trip from Zagreb, we'd recommend visiting a costal town: Rovinj, Pula or Zadar (all so unique from each other).
Croatia, beautiful country. Was there last week. Unfortunately I had to leave.
