The fact that this is even an issue to argue in court makes me wonder what kind of a government we have, a clear discrimination against majority of Namibians and it has to be debated in court??? Aaye
Seriously, let all farmers and Cattle owner trade in the whole Namibia. We don't need education and told blame blame let's all of us trade . Proff Job you have facts and we are in full support
I pray that may God Almighty keep you safe, may he strengthen you, may he give you victory on the issue at hand, may he give you wisdom and knowledge sir Job Amupanda, we are solidly behind you the true son of the soil.
Food for thought Redline: This term historically refers to a veterinary boundary established in Namibia during the colonial era to control the spread of livestock diseases, particularly tick-borne diseases like tick fever. The Redline is a cordon sanitaire that separates the northern and southern parts of the country, where livestock health is monitored and regulated. Livestock in the north of the Redline are often subject to stricter veterinary controls to prevent disease transmission to herds in the south. The Redline is not a law enforcement zone per se but rather a regulatory boundary for animal health. Police Zone: A police zone refers to a designated area where law enforcement is particularly focused, often due to higher levels of crime or specific law enforcement needs. Police zones are typically divided for operational purposes, allowing police forces to efficiently manage resources and address security concerns. These zones can include urban areas or specific regions within a city or municipality. In short, the "Redline" deals primarily with livestock disease control, while a "Police Zone" is concerned with law enforcement and security within a particular area.
Not only for the youth it's about all Namibian to understand what independence mean and we're one no division among us red line must fall for the benefits of all citizens of NAMIBIA young and elder and generation to come
😂😂 He will soon understand that explanations have got nothing to do with law. There is already a government's resolution to gradually remove the redline. So, what is he still fighting for?
When was this case launched and maybe with your knowledge of law why did the (court) allow the case to proceed since they knew that he won't be responsible of any payment should this case not go in his favor? Why would the Respondents hire lawyers to represent them since there's what's called Government Resolution to remove the redline Mr/Ms lawyer? @@dawidkaiko2324
Job's arguments are not bad at all. They are all about discrimination. But he will have a tough time getting the court to agree wholy with his arguments because of our meat exports. I think he will get a partial victory with regards to discrimination. I see the court ordering a gradual removal of the redline with measures in place that will not compromise our meat exports to international markets. Which is what the government have already decided on.
So our government and all these politicians seriously have nerves to argue Prof Amupanda in the Court of Law about something they all know and aware of and how it have oppressed our people since the colonial regime. You see, these politicians when they fails serving the mandate of which they are appointed to serve the people of Namibia blames apartheid. Yet, when colonial tools are serving their bellies at the expense of majority of the Namibian people, they not only turn a blind eye, but they will fight don't who are fighting for the interest of our people. Shame on our government and all those politicians. Prof Amupanda, we are behind you, we pray for you and together we shall overcome.
Whether veteranary fence as it came to be renamed or red line the concern is on the discriminatory & limitation of agricultural products especially those from the areas above the red line.. 😊
Maybe we should just vote on this red line. Judging from the comments, I think that line will be voted out. Why can’t we as a nation ever receive benefits. What’s the essence of always finding ways to oppress us?..
NBC should not be allowed to record court proceedings until they have proper equipment. These recording skip alot making it difficult to follow and the sound quality is also poor.
This is the right man and president who the youth surposed to follow and voted if they need change as usual or something like make different changes. Is not IPC who they voted . To the honest my opinion job is a readers who fight for nation . Weather there's campaign or not him is honest want Namibians to get something
Don't come and educate us on a point of voting view We know our leaders like MICHAEL SADAM AMUSHELELO AND JOB AMUPANDA AND OUR ELDER IS BEHIND THE TRUE STAKE ON BEHALF OF OUR PEOPLE AND OUR GENERATION SUPPORT AMUPANDA ON A GROUND THAT MAKE SENSE AND SUPPORT OUR PEOPLE FOR OUR LAND
It is necessary to be there, physically at the Redline and asked the cross- questions there on ground , so that each party can get a clear picture what Dr Job Amupanda means
These guys are asking the same stupid question none stop, do they understand that the fence that is currently forming the red line is the same bloody fence as reference of the red line even if the old fence was moved or replaced due to damage or rotting is obviously not the bloody same fence that was setup technically but to reference it is the same fence, you cant be telling me that the current so called "veterinary fence" is not the so called "RED LINE" it was just renamed from RED LINE to Veterinary Fence. So what you are telling me that Namibia is not the same country same geographical area because was changed to Namibia and that being said the geographical area changed and the country changed and that the history/existence of the country named south west africa did not exist caused the name changed. Absolute bull !!!!!!!!!
Botswana the red mats are at the border! The cordon for Botswana is at the border. As for the one before Mauna that’s different from the one we have here! Zambia for one has one after Kabwe, but not like it’s done here ! Ours divides the country and it’s vigorously defended and kept alive !
Job,do ,job but, this crossquestion intimidating Dr. Amupamda.we are still being colonized by other regime. Why this guy forcing Job but n0t willing to give Job to finishing expressing himself.
Why is the court in proceeding for a fence/line they are not aware about ? Why are they pretending to not understand that there was a fence, and that fence was used as a tool to discriminate against the Namibian people, in whatever aspects wether it be marriage, livestock etc!
This guy is hardheaded, his being given a scenario yet he can't pick up a thing,,, he seem to have a slow memory.... Prof, got their neck... But thier diverting from the truth... Even the judge his siding..
It is actual the concept of Red Line and its regulations, specifically veterinary condor which should be lifted. And may be later the removal of the fence.
Can the application of recusal be filled. I have lost faith in judge Ueitele to try this case fairly. For example, is there a question in there that in the question if the coordinates exist or not. Every adult Namibian knows the dense exists. It’s absurd this question is being asked
Namibia is not free from COLONIALISM as long as that Redline exists. The economic discriminatory effects of the redline is Unconstitutional. Job Amupanda is right!!
I think Amupanda is answering the way i wanted him answer because you cant ask stupid questions in court like this .....After 2 months All those who dont want this Redline must go to demostrate
The problem Job explain a lot. You are not a specialist in every study. Learn referring some questions to specialists in specified fields. stand your ground and allow the court to invite specialists to court and assist the court.
I didn't make a mistake voting for this man🎉🙏💃💃
Me too 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Job Amupanda one of the few leaders we have in Africa. 👏🏿
The fact that this is even an issue to argue in court makes me wonder what kind of a government we have, a clear discrimination against majority of Namibians and it has to be debated in court??? Aaye
We are In trouble. Can’t wait for clear minded people to rule this country to the benefit of our people.
Dr. Amupanda is on point.
Even if the redline case is lost, it won't be because of Job no! It will be because the courts have failed us
Exactly!
Seriously, let all farmers and Cattle owner trade in the whole Namibia. We don't need education and told blame blame let's all of us trade . Proff Job you have facts and we are in full support
Moments like this make me truly appreciate the media industry. Thank you for taking us along NBC!
I pray that may God Almighty keep you safe, may he strengthen you, may he give you victory on the issue at hand, may he give you wisdom and knowledge sir Job Amupanda, we are solidly behind you the true son of the soil.

He is married,, delete these heart emojis.
AR Forward and Ever🔥🔥🔥🔥📌Well done Mr. Job👏👏👏
Job is trying by all means to make them understand, but it’s like getting a professor to teach pre-graders !
😂😂 He will soon understand that explanations have got nothing to do with law. There is already a government's resolution to gradually remove the redline. So, what is he still fighting for?

Job was really being patient here. Repeating the same thing over and over isn't easy.
God bless you Job Amupanda 🙏🏿
Who recognizes a retention of a fence but still ask who took that decision?
I’m pained by these types of questions.
Prof. Amupanda has valid points. Red line must fall.
So our government and all these politicians seriously have nerves to argue Prof Amupanda in the Court of Law about something they all know and aware of and how it have oppressed our people since the colonial regime. You are doing an honorable thing by the majority of the people of Namibia.
Keep it up my brother, our prayers stand behind you. Don't give up , God shall never leave or forget you all the time.
Good presentation Prof. We are following.
We recognise your efforts and we're ralling behind you son of the soil....
They know what you're saying is true, and they have nothing to put you down with. The charge must decide to go check.
Well done Dr Amupanda you will win the case no matter what.... God is in control ❤
Our government is not serious.. PERIOD..
Whether veteranary fence as it came to be renamed or red line the concern is on the discriminatory & limitation of agricultural products especially those from the areas above the red line.. 😊
Well done Dr Job

Mr Amupanda you are brilliant my brother
Well done Dr Amupanda
NBC please enable offline download for your videos. What happen to equitable and free access to news ?
On my phone ot allows😊
Why do they keep cutting up instead of presenting it raw as it happened in court?
The judge is being used by that lawyer, he seems to be the one in charge of the court. Hands up to Proff. JOB✊️✊️
The judge is not doing his job. He is very arrogant
NBC should not be allowed to record court proceedings until they have proper equipment. These recording skip alot making it difficult to follow and the sound quality is also poor.
This is someone who is suppose to be the president of our country.
They don't want to go but they have lots of questions 😂😂😂
MY PRESIDENT IS A PHD HOLDER... TSAYA
Amupanda is on fire 🔥, well done Dr.
More efforts my brother we are behind you 💪💪
This is the right man and president who the youth surposed to follow and voted if they need change as usual or something like make different changes. Is not IPC who they voted . Viva Job Amupanda!
No one has land where we are sitting or standing is the land. All we have land free, free air, and free drinking water is rule of law.
Fact is, be it legal, economy or political. The redline is an insult to us today. Our own people should have access to the market and dignity
Viva Amupanda
Next election I am voting Amumpqnda and his company
Botswana the red mats are at the border! The cordon for Botswana is at the border. As for the one before Mauna that’s different from the one we have here! Zambia for one has one after Kabwe, but not like it’s done here ! Ours divides the country and it’s vigorously defended and kept alive !
That's because we don't have an effective boarder North of Namibia
Job,do ,job but, this crossquestion intimidating Dr. Amupamda.we are still being colonized by other regime. Why this guy forcing Job but n0t willing to give Job to finishing expressing himself.
And the judge don't pose question to Heath what what
i am with you.red line will fall and its must fall
This boy is not a joke
Does Judge want to say he doesn't know the inspection on loco? The court must go to the site and get the factual evidence.
Keep on Amupanda
My question is oshakati eloolo abattoir is closed about ten years can't open because of red line ,NCA farmers suffering of selling their cattle,
It is actual the concept of Red Line and its regulations, specifically veterinary condor which should be lifted. And may be later the removal of the fence.
Job is indeed the child of the sun 🌞👏🏾
Very interesting court proceeding ever
Good luck Prof
I with you my bro you are the man of nation
How is the "when" useful here, the fact remain that the nonsense exist and it must fall🙅🏽♀️
No comical is what you are asking me to do. Job is jobbing
Can the application of recusal be filled. I have lost faith in judge Ueitele to try this case fairly. For example, is there a question in there that in the question if the coordinates exist or not. Every adult Namibian knows the dense exists. It’s absurd this question is being asked
We can have fence but we want limitations to remove
Namibia is not free from COLONIALISM as long as that Redline exists. The economic discriminatory effects of the redline is Unconstitutional. Job Amupanda is right!!
Dr. Job is giving this guys jobs while lecturing them.
I think Amupanda is answering the way i wanted him answer because you cant ask stupid questions in court like this .....After 2 months All those who dont want this Redline must go to demostrate
I will fly from Europe to come join my fellow Namibians on this.
I gues that white man gonna smoke 20 sigaretes today...he need a smoke break
He fought alone on that stand. This lawyers are useless
Power Mr Job ✊🏾
Why dont we have a panel of judges for this case ? Uitele is being personal and emotional 😤
Given it's importance.
I'm not regretting voting AR...
"RED LINE MUST FALL"
That guy is removing his eye glasses aggressively and repeatedly 😂😂😂
He is a shameless clown, the only person he impresses must be judge Ueiteli who entertains his stupid question
Why did they cut out some parts.? Was it live?
Where is NNFU here on which side are they ano?
Can someone close to Heathcote inform him to agree and group up to go for inspection in loco. What is difficult for them to go to the site.
Judge Ueitele knows they are coordinates, he is just being funny. He has judicial notice of that
Well done DR amupanda.
The professor was tough.
After earning a degree in accounting, I want to study law.
Professor Amupanda oshiima sha kula.🤔
Oto nine Amupanda nalunanga 😂
There are cut parts nbc please improve

Good job by Job. You have spoken son.
The problem Job explain a lot. You are not a specialist in every study. Learn referring some questions to specialists in specified fields. stand your ground and allow the court to invite specialists to court and assist the court.
