Fly high is a prequel. Shows how the girls became nightmares/ghosts in Chase Me & Goodnight, where they tormented the guy and trapped him in the mirror. Next is You & I, then What, then Piri, which ends the nightmare storyline.

Fly High is supposed to be a prequel for Chase Me and Good Night, it kind of explains how they ended becoming nightmares/ghosts (as shown then on Chase Me).
Dreamcatcher is from a small company. Produced by 2 guys. Now, take everything you've heard and let that sink in. :)
Also, the lyrics is a reflection of their journey as a group and the stereotypical prejudice in the kpop industry.

Only the title tracks "Fly High" and "What" (from my knowledge) were not produced by Leez and Ollounder.

you should react to the dance practices of Dreamcatcher. since their style is more to rock/edm based, their choreos tend to also generally be pretty intense as compared to typical girl groups. they are considered to have one of the harder kind of choreos to perform. and its always on point with canon/formations/timing/gender neutral/well trained
their albums are also always amazing & worth a Listen.

Dreamcatcher is one of the best dance groups in Kpop, their dance practices are SICK.
They were practicing witchcraft in Fly High. It was showing their descent into darkness. In Chase Me, tat guy was an exorcist or a witch hunter. The girls were possibly murdered by those people in the masks, which would explain the ghosts, or they are in an alternate universe like it shows in Good Night.
I was thinking that maybe that guy they tapped in Good Night is the reason they died.
Ok, Imma do exactly what you said would happen.... This is just My Theory, I have been an Insomniac(DC fan) For a couple years now.

So Fly High was when they were alive. Seven blessed witches. The blue butterflies 🦋 showing they were looked upon kindly.
The girl took the spider from the garden, But the other girl killed it with the magnifying glass, bringing about the Spider Queens wrath. Immediately it shows the Butterflies burned, their blessings taken away because of her evil act.
And the girl at the end is closing the gates to lock them all in, because they have all been cursed because of the girl who killed the spider. They are now trapped in a nightmare.
Chase me and Goodnight is many years later the ghost hunter comes to the hotel, which is the same building as the house in fly high. By this time the girls had become nightmares, being controlled by the girl that killed the spider, some trapped by the locked book. If you watch again, you will see the pages of the book showing their punishments. One girl constantly falling, another trapped by the woods. They haunt him mercilessly because they want him to find them.
So they can influence him to open the book. As soon as that happens, they can steal it back and free their sisters. They went through a lot of trouble to get that book back and she drops it. 🤦♀️😂

Piri...emergency, sound the Piri.. They have to get out before they go mad or die (A piri is an instrument like a wooden flute almost. They used to use them on battlefields to signal an emergency on the field, like an ambush from the left or a general down..I’m sure you get it 😂🤓)
Deja vu, is actually for the game Kings Raid, But they totally put in a story line that deepens their own. (Again, My Theory) If you look at their outfits, you will see at least three era’s. I believe it is their past lives...they have always been together and always the girl who killed the spider, is possessed or betrays them or kills them. (Going back to the Red String of Fate in Breaking Through. It’s an old legand that most asian cultures have a version of. Showing that their souls are intertwined to such an extent...Imagine being friends with someone who betrayed or killed you in a past life, being around them bringing on the sense of déjà vu.)

Fly High was a prequel to Chase Me and Good Night but the order I gave for the videos was their release order since the context you get in Chase Me and Goodnight is important going into Fly High.
Fly High shows a mix of the girls back when they were normal and happy attending a boarding school combined with scenes of their descent into darkness. At the beginning of the video Jiu catches the spider and brings it into the building where they are staying. There are two theories about the spider: 1) bringing the spider into the house is what brings the darkness that slowly starts corrupting the girls. Yoohyeon is the only one to figure it out and burns the spider with the magnifying glass to try to break the curse but it is too late or theory 2) Yoohyeon killing the spider out of cruelty is what unleashes the curse on the girls. Either way, spider brings curse that turns the girls into nightmares. The scene of Jiu running at the end to close the gate is interpreted by most to be a last heroic act of Jiu to lock herself and the others into the premises so they don't escape and wreak havoc on anyone else. My own personal theory though is that Jiu is trying to escape but becomes fully consumed by the curse before getting out as she was the one that first captured the spider. She then closes the gate to trap all of the other girls so that they can't escape before they are cursed as well.
Fast forward to Chase Me, it looks to be far in the future and the boarding school was turned into a hotel that is now defunct, presumably both the school and the hotel went out of business due to the girls haunting the place as they are trapped within the premises. The man we see at the beginning is a ghost/nightmare hunter that was probably hired by the hotel owner to try to solve the problem. He clearly has done a lot of research and has figured out that the girls are the ones haunting the place. We see the girls taunting him in Chase Me and it's pretty clear they enjoy doing the haunting. At the end of Chase Me he finally finds the room that contains all of the pictures of the girls and seems to be where their strongest presence is, despite their best efforts to stop him.
In Goodnight we see why he was looking for the room. Whatever he got from in there has given him a stronger connection to the girls which he is now able to use to hunt them and begin to destroy them. The book with the chain and skull has pages that he uses to start subduing the girls one at a time. We see a page of a girl falling, followed by a very pale Gahyeon falling endlessly. We also see the page of the hands trapping a girl, followed by SuA being trapped by the hands in the forest. If he keeps going and traps all the girls, it's theorized they will be destroyed, so the other girls led by Dami come up with a plan to save them. Using a ritual, they are able to manifest through the mirror to steal the book off of his desk and pull it into their cursed nightmare world. Once there, they begin burning the pages of the "spells" that he is using to trap the girls. Burning the pages breaks the spells as we see the arms holding SuA catch fire and eventually free her. In retribution for hunting them, the girls are able to use the book to swap places with the hunter, trapping him in the mirror and releasing them into world. The end scene shows them no longer confined to the premises of their old boarding school/hotel and are now striking out into the world.
In Fly High, you can see Dami grab the book of a shelf and dabbling with magic. In Good Night, when she pulls the book through the frame, she has a cute smirk, as if reunited with an old friend.
@@TheOldLesMiz The book Dami pulls off the shelf in Fly High is not the same book as we see in the other MVs. The spine is different as she is reaching for it, when she is holding it there is no skull chain and locket binding the book, and the size of the book in her hand is much larger in Fly High than it is in Goodnight.
For the two theories about Fly High, I tend to agree with the first one. If you watch the video, The Lady (which is what I call her) comes for Gahyeon before Yoohyeon burns the spider (reference the bedroom scene). Because of this I think that the act of trapping the spider and bringing it inside was what triggered the curse.
As for why Yoohyeon burned the spider, I don't think it was because she was trying to stop the curse. If you look at her while she does it, there's a smirk on her face, which to me doesn't portray a "I'm trying to save everyone" feeling. Personally, I think she did it because of the curse. It was the first vestiges of the evil creeping into her that made her do such a cruel thing.

If you look closely, there are actually 2 books, chained together. One of them was what I call the Book of Nightmares, which depicts the girls' nightmares, the one that the investigator was looking at. The other is probably the book that Dami was looking at in Fly High, the one that supplied the ritual that allowed to trade places with the investigator, freeing them from their confinement.
@@keithcraig506 I agree with the first theory too, that's an interesting thought on Yoohyeon, I think you are probably correct due to her facial expression. The only thing that wouldn't seem to make sense about that is that you would think if the curse had taken her, it wouldn't control her to kill the spider. Perhaps Yoohyeon was still mostly in control and it just had started to make her cruel. On the flip side, the smirk she gives could be cockiness. Since she thinks killing the spider will save them, she thinks she's outsmarted this evil entity.
I still think you are probably correct though, since she lures Jiu away before killing it, it makes it seem like an evil deed rather than a righteous one.

Piri is the last mv of Dreamcatcher's nightmare series. Then there's Deja Vu which is a collaboration with a mobile game. And then a new story begins: dystopia series. Part one is Scream & part 2 is Boca.
You need to watch their Dance Practices too.. I love Gfriend and Dreamcatcher also both of the groups have great storyline in Music Videos for Gfriend they are happy then in Love whisper they their powers in the lake in Fingertip they fight each other the story goes on and the latest is Apple where they became black witches Gfriend Official have summaries of the stories . Dreamcatcher is continuing different series and everything is really great especially the choreos also. I really love Gfriend and Dreamcatcher.

@Chris; Chase me and Good Night both have dance practice videos, as do most of Dreamcathcer's MV's. There's also a dance performance video for Fly High. You really, REALLY should check them out. They really are quite impressive when it comes to their dancing ability and choreography. They are, IMO, one of the best dance groups in kpop, up there with Loona and GFriend. I think you'll especially enjoy the intro for the Good Night choreo.

Songs (and album/EP title) in Dreamcatcher's nightmare story line in chronological order:
Fly High (Prequel): Jiu catches a spider, Yoohyeon tortures/kills it, the girls start dabbling in dark magic
You & I (Escape the Era): The spider puts a curse on Yoohyeon, Jiu and the girls try to save her with their magic but fail
**What (Alone in the City): Yoohyeon is trapped in the curse (nightmare), Jiu is trying to save her, Dami finds a magic book, other girls starting to get trapped in darkness as well
**Piri (End of the Nightmare--last in terms of release date, end of the nightmare story line): The girls are each trapped in their own nightmare, Yoohyeon uses the piri (flute/horn) to summon the girls (instead of reuniting in reality/life, they reunite in the nightmare/death)
Chase Me (Nightmare--first in terms of release date, start of the nightmare story line): Decades(?) later, a ghost hunter is investigating a haunted house and discovers the seven ghosts
Goodnight (Fall Asleep in the Mirror): The ghost hunter finds the girls' magic book, the girls steal the book back and then use their magic to trap the ghost hunter in a mirror
** These two are just my interpretations. The other four are pretty much common knowledge/widely accepted interpretations among Insomnia (Dreamcatcher's fanbase) 😁

The order that the MV’s were released are not the order of the story. The release order is Chase Me, Goodnight, Fly High then You and I. But sequentially it is Fly High, You and I, Chase Me and Goodnight.
In storyline chronology Fly High takes place before Chase Me., The girls at an old boarding school slowly become corrupted by dark magic, you can see throughout the video it is slowly getting darker, left behind by some ancient coven. The spell book is found by Dami and she begins experiment with it. During the eerie dinner scene the girls for a coven. In Fly High you also see two of them in the woods wearing the robes that were worm Good Night, while Sua carries the book. The spider that Jiu caught is burned to death by Yoohyeon who has fallen to the dark side(which is visually shown in the mirror as this black substance). This cruel act by Yoohyeon angers the Spider Queen who the guardian spirit all spider kind (in some trible cultures spiders are seen as guardians). The Spider Queen curses the girls to become spirits whose job enter the dreams of people and make them become nightmares. The girls have now lost souls (visually represented by the butterflies around Jiu that burn up) and very dangerous to the world. The stronger of them Jiu, runs to the gate of and locks them inside. This is where the ghosthunter finds them in Chase Me. He tries to capture him But by doing this he accidentally releases them from the school. In Good Night and they are now out the world.

Almost all of his reactions are solo reactions. In fact, this is the only time I've seen him not do a solo reaction, but keep in mind that I haven't watched every single one of his reactions, although I have seen quite a lot of them.
