It is being recited in the warsh min nafi riwaya of Quran not hafs so some of the endings will be different to hafs min asim. It is ok stick with your riwaya, it is still ok.
"This is the Famous Hizbul Bahr (Litany of the Sea/Orision of The Sea) which was taught to the great Waliy Sayyiduna Abul Hassan Shadhili رحمة الله عليه by the Holy Prophet Muhammad (Peace and Blessings of Allah be upon Him). It has Divine Blessings and Innumerable Benefits. It should be recited with pure intentions and regularity, it is best to seek Ijazah from an authentic Sunni Spiritual Guide for maximum Benefits."
