When Robert sent Emma his Black Book of contact number suggesting that he’s retiring, this may be referring to that this is the last film of the Equalizer series, but also that she should take over the role.
I think this should end either way the trilogy. But Emma taking over would be a cash grab. She looked like an actor in a movie. Denzel felt like Robert.
Man I'm from Rome, let me tell you, I wanted to see the original English version to see how good he was in italian. Washington is PERFECTLY understandable. The funny thing is he speaks correct italian, while the mafia guys are better in english than italian (they speak strict sicilian dialect I can't even understand). Really impressed, he never fails to deliver! Like, when he talks to the kid and he said "Sei solo?"(Are you alone?) I really thought he could be a native italian speaker. Ciao!!
