1) check your front suspension and bushing too..
2)Check if any Nut screw is loose from brake adjuster(Front wheel)..

Does your headlight panel move when you touch or push..
That sound (clank clank)can be from your 1)Headlight ,2)Front fairing if any screw is missing or 3)shocker but you said you have change your shocker bushing so no doubt in there..
