SO HOW DID THE L.D.S. ENSIGN PEAK AVOID OVERALL TAX FRAUD ? FOR MAKING 100 BILLION DOLLARS ? AND ONLY PAYING A S.E.C. FINE FOR 5 MILLION ? AND STILL KEEP A TAX EXEMPT STATUS ?

There can't be any tax fraud or evasion because TAXABLE YEARS ENDED AUGUST 16 1954....by LAW PASSED INTO LAW by the 83rd Congress and recorded AS LAW PUBLISHED as volume 68A United States Statutes at Large. Google 26 CFR 1.0-1 paragraph (d) clearly stated that TAXABLE YEARS ENDED AUGUST 16 1954. There has not been a lawful legal ENFORCEABLE INCOME TAX IN 69 YEARS!!

Then you would back that up with a police report for having your ID stolen, along with proof that you notified the credit bureaus of the crime.
