@@ludovicfrancois1710 I always use a pulk instead of a backpack when I am going extreme. Better for the hips and you can get much more weight with you.
Oh No not squeaky rucksack syndrome LOL I know how much that can drive anyone mad. I use the UK military PLC and its practically the same design although the straps on yours look far more comfortable. I guess the cost of having such a work horse, and made of tough material is the weight factor. I wouldn't be without mine, I know it wont let me down. Love the fact you couldn't be bothered to put the side pouches on and kept that in your video....Nice job Thor "oh and Great beard by the way :-)
+Maff T UK Hehe, Thank you :) Wife asked me if I were going to sell the big rucksack but I said no. I know if all else fails I can depend on it for ever. I have bought a back pack called Trollhetta 95 L that weighs half of the 130L one. It got the water flask attachment on the hip belt and the tightening of the hip belt the “right way”. I will test it on my next trip later this month. Looking forward to come to England and hike with you!
Hei Skogfar, I have the same external frame pack and it is really a monster, ideal for heavy loads. It is well made and sturdy except zippers on the side pockets. Those are just weak, an issue with some other Bergans models have as well ... ATB. Franz, bugikraxn.
+bugikraxn I have almost never used the side pockets except for some food items so I have not experienced the zipper breaking. Next trip I will try another model from Bergans. Thank you for sharing your experiences with the back pack :) What country are you from?
I have a Karrimore. But being a cheapskate..$70 for Karrimore side pockets...or $8 each for ex military plce pouches. Yep I got the surplas lol. But I copied karrimore. I sewed a piece of cordura on back of puch. Spot for camel back bladder. Maybe you could make a thin pocket to zip on to hold a 2 or 3 litre bladder. I get you about the squeak. You pay big money, and you get that. That is a very acceptable complaint. I have a 45lt pack. And currently I am looking for a new one. This was a contender, but that squeak... Very true too big you take everything, but if you pack carefully... As for the lid..well a cheap back pack for strapa or make your own. And add the corresponding size buckles and you could use the lid aas a daypack. Hace a look at a British PLCE surplas harnes itd cost 5€ or something then just get boot repair place to swe the buckles on so it clips for use if you cant sew
Skogfar perhaps trying some of that heavy duty foam packing on frame or felt on frame between the pack and frame. And have a look on ebay. You could buy a condor ar a cheap chinese round water bottle molle cover. I bought chinese one like $8 au. I had a boot repair guy sew a few pieces of nylon webbing on back of belt so I could molle attach it and it holds a Nalgene + toakes nesting cup + a trangia stove in main compartment. Tea etc on side sip up pouch.
Great review, and beard. Thanks mate
Thank you, mister!

Thanks for the review!!
Anytime! You could fix the squeeking with silicone spray, i have learned this later on.
@@SkogfarNo ok thanks don't know if i take this one or the V90 BATTLESHIP ^^ I search about for trek in the snow and sleep in "extrem conditions"
The V90 looks awesome and more fun imo 🤙🏻

Det høres ut som en veldig bra løsning på det problemet 👍🏻

Yes, squeaking is annoying after some hours on the trail. It is a good backpack for modding, I guess.
