East is neither old hyderabad nor having old city it has been developed hugely even before the west has developed once upon a time even during 2008 crisis area around sainikpuri, as rao nagar ,kushaiguda ,Uppal, nacharam etc were the highest revenue income places .
Most of the employed people settled here since ages. The west is only for touchups most of the people working there are living in the east and north of hyderabad hyderabad .
The only draw back to the north east area is lack of proper connectivity to the central city .
And having the military area between the central city and north east city suppressed the development and no huge land parcels of govt land present here to establish good companies else this area wood give a good competition and will set a benchmark to all other parts of the city .
Still the cherlapally ,nacharam ,mallapur industrial area give a huge blue collar jobs .
But white collar job companies can only be counted in finger tips . That's a draw back .
Except the connectivity to the central city this part has a good connectivity to all other parts of whole telangana by the orr and the traffic is much better compared to the west .
There are no rich local Politicians holding a lare land bank from this area in active politics compared to the west or the south and some part of north so no one are concentrating here else this area is a charm for people who love peaceful living
.sainikpuri is next to a mini jublie hills and most of the well settled business men and elite class stay here and do their operations in the west . Once check with in your close circle one or two will be from this area

No one knows what will be future upcoming projects but they want to cash every announcement in their favor. The end user will get hit eventually.

Why west is growing so much, almost all roads are widening to 4 lane or 6 lanes. What is planned here? Why is there so much development?

I don't think so. Atleast 20% have to pay. Again builders are taking too long to handover. So till then you have to pay pri emi

Best is bowrampet, mallampet, rameshearam banda, inole, indresham, which is connected to development zones.
The city took 10years to touch 0RR but still ORR zones are free now to invest. Don't go beyond ORR and don't waste ur money in dead investment.
