I am afraid that the movement Obidient is more about the principles of PO than the person. I think the Onidients should start looking for many POs to fill its ranks instead of one man PO. So far I do not see how PO is better than Awo or the great Mallam Aminu Kano. It’s just that the present generation never got to know these past leaders hence their sole focus on Peter Obi

Peter Obi knows what he is doing. If he forms a new party now, they will still hijack it before the primary. I think he is waiting for the primary election to be close so that he will switch. In doing so, he won't give those guys clew on which party he is entering so they won't hijack it.

Awo started AG and then later UPN with his own ideology. Why can’t PO whose ideology is “frugalism” start his own party instead of riding on LP?
Even Bubu created CPP and bagged over 5 states less than 1 year after the creation of the party.
