@mayawhite8039 They actually haven't released pricing on that one yet, but we believe it will come in around $800k. No HOA. If you text us or email us your name & the word "multigen" we can update you soon as they release the price of the first lot. Why would they have the multi-gen room on the other side of the living room where the tv is 😂. Seems like it could be loud for the tenant. Otherwise house is beautiful
@alex55t60 Yes, we are always evaluating where builders locate these multi-gens. Especially if you have an older parent on the other side, and they don't want to hear the loud TV. We always question if there is better insulation on this wall. My pet peeve, is when the Primary Suite bedroom upstairs is over the Multi-gen. In the case of this floorplan, I would say it would be a better fit for a college age student that is staying at home, but wants a little more independence but not impacted by the noise from the main house.
