This is the only time i can see a Syrian guy who is very helpful to the needy . More power to you.
I have a son which is 5 years old and he was 60 kilos. Pero his pedia advised us na mag lessen ng milk niya and went to physical activities. He looses 7 kilos already. Magandang tignan na mataba ang baby pero we need also to prioritize their health also. We need to check always their foods na kinakain. Iyong anak ko mas gusto ang fish, chicken and fruits. Ayaw niyang kumain ng chocolates.
*at least you’re a responsible parent to not over feed your kid. in this video I see nothing but unresposible families by feeding the kid to death. the kid needed guidance and the families didn’t provide it.*

The mother herself doesn’t eat right. Diabetes is caused primarily by bad diet (high fat, low fiber, lots of meat). You are what you eat. She needs to go vegan for a few months and I’m sure she will be much better.
*EXACTLY! the families of this kid pretty much killed the kid by not being strict of feeding him. Poor kid needs help but the families continue to feed him. Looking at the video the food he eats I completely blame the families.*

I remeber when I first saw his video with kmjs naluha pa ako doon sa part na humihingi siya ng pagkain tapos sabi skanya walang food.. awang awa ako sknya na cute na cute at the same time feeling ko anak ko siya or pamangkin na nde mo kayang tanggihan pag nag lambing…. Low carb bigay na food. Marami youtuber educating for healthy diet. Better than sorry later. Proccessed/frozen foods are not healthy either. Anak ko sinanay ko ng kumain ng gulay. Mgjojollibee or her favorite foods lang kung may accomplishement siya sa school. Lam na niya healthy at hindi healthy na food. Seryoso ito kaya sana wag ako IBASH dito. Parents should not be manipulated by kids. Parents are the model. Wag bigay lahat, know your limits.
Natuturuan ang panlasa, nakalagay po sa bible yan - train up a child in the way he should go, this means not only yung mindset pati yung eating habits. Normally mahirap mag train pero that is the essence of training, installing discipline.

If a child eat so much than he should in her/ his age and shows a enormous increase in weight something is wrong in his metabolic health ..Try to consult a pediatrician for a check up to have an early diagnose and be treated as early as possible.
Its not enough loving a kid by fulfilling / providing his personal craving or wishes..but health issues matter most..
Or he might be borned as diabetic baby..?

Yes po. Kc yung sister ko diabetic na lola ni Arvy. Pinagbubuntis pa lang ang nanay ni Arvy ay diabetic na ang siater ko kaya nasa lahi po talaga. Kaya po mataba yung nanay ni Arvy ay effect mg insulin.
