Nomani Restaurant by Chedi Al Bait in Heart of Sharjah - Fine cuisine Japanese and Korean Restaurant

This food vlog journey is featuring fine cuisine and fine dining restaurant in Sharjah, Nomani restaurant by Chedi Al Bait Sharjah. Nomani by chef Reif Othman, which means ‘in between’ in Japanese, offers a menu that fuses Japanese with Korean cuisines. Nomani restaurant is located in the heart of Sharjah, one of the largest historical preservation and restoration projects in the region. The pulse of every city is defined by a place that reflects its history, echoes its ethos and reflects its spirit. This is the essence of Heart of Sharjah. With its chic decor, Nomani restaurant harmonizes Chedi Al Bait's calming atmosphere with old and traditional architecture in the Heart of Sharjah. Winter and spring are great times to enjoy the calming rhythm of Arabic traditions outside, while summer is best enjoyed indoors at Nomani Japanese and Korean restaurant Sharjah, which offers more than 75 seating arrangements. Chef Reif Othman, who has opened many of Dubai's acclaimed Asian restaurants, is behind this establishment for fine dining restaurant in Sharjah. Nomani Restaurant is the first fine dinning restaurant in Sharajah.
If restaurant review is important, I would give it a 5***** out of 5 for its romantic, clean and luxurious ambiance, along with narrowing down the Japanese and Korean culinary boundaries. We ordered Japanese thick Kimchi udons, shrimp and chicken mandu, reif special fried wings and avocado and crab maki perched with tobico caviar toppings. The show stopper was Miso banoffee dome dessert, a luxurious dessert with vanilla ice cream and hot chocolate. From a food review standpoint, I would say you will enjoy your dine out experience with authentic taste of Japanese cuisine with Korean blend, firstly because of their hospitality, and then because they will guide you in choosing the right choice for your tantalizing palate. Japanese cuisine is renowned for its intricacy of flavour, variety of seasonal dishes, and surprising health benefits. Typical Japanese meals consist of rice or noodles, soup, pickles, and at least one okazu side dish of fish, meat, vegetables or tofu. Maki sushi amongst the other varieties that is rolled in ‘nori’ seaweed was one of the best.
