No, the runes that Ken/Shadow Claw come with give 60 spd. Shadow Claw has 102 base, and Bernadotte/Ken have 103 spd when awakened. Since their awakening bonus is accuracy after all

I think you can't use SF in RTA because they are limited-time mons and it brings unbalance, that's why C2U made their own SF for the future players
