I just got this. It's my first oscilloscope ever. At first, i was very overwhelmed and almost wanted to immediately return it but after your videos I actually understand and enjoy using it. Thank you!

Right there with 3DSage! Thanks for the very informative video. Really helped bring the oscilloscope to life and a worthy tool on my bench! Thank you Craig Maynard!

Great video! I just purchased this little unit to analyze a PWM signal from a device at work. Being a field service tech I needed something super portable, this looked like a great option. Your video gives me great comfort in my decision!!
    Thank you!

I have a question have 5 000 watt amp and the wave form is triangle shaped how can I get it nice and round at the tip

I've just bought a dso211 scope, same software but design is little different. I am not able to get the full waveform in view when tuning my subwoofer amp. The wave is too big but I can use the 'Y' setting to bring the bottom or top of the wave into view but not the entire thing. Is this due to the power my amplifier is outputting ? It's fine with my smaller less powerful amp.

No, I tried the volts per division as well, no joy.
My scope only came with a x1 probe. I ordered a x1 x10 switchable probe and that has solved the problem.

@@ajpepe72 did you have to buy a 3.5mm to bnc adapter as well? Also did you have to compensate the new 10x probe or was it all set to go without compensation? If you did compensate, how did you do it?

Rob l no the input on my mini unit is 3.5mm not bnc so new probe just fitted and worked straight away, no compensation needed.

@@ajpepe72 I can't seem to find a 10x switchable probe with 3.5mm jack. Only bnc ends. That's why I asked. Maybe I just need to search some more.i have the nano v3 on the way.wich obviously is 3.5mm. why I was asking. Thanks for the reply
Edit...I believe your dso211 has mcx input, not 3.5mm like my v3. That's why you don't need an adapter. Unfortunately with my v3 I'll need a 3.5mm to bnc adapter.

Rob l yes, sorry it is mcx, it’s been a while since I’ve used it but just checked.
