#1 is so true. i had a midwife at a birth center for my first birth i kept saying i wanted to give up and go to the hospital. not once did she encourage me. i actually ended up going to the hospital for dehydration and high bp, but if she wouldve encouraged me at all, i wouldve given birth very soon at the birth center. looking back im surprised because shed been to thousands of births
Thank you for the video. I plan to get an epidural, but the tips are still helpful! Especially because with my first my pre-labor/early labor was long.
Glad it was helpful! Thank you for letting me know. I agree that the tips aren't limited to unmedicated birth. Wishing you all the best on your birth journey ahead.
I'm a new subscriber, mom of 4 going on 5, and aspiring doula (hope to finish that up after this baby is born). By the grace of God I've managed 4 epidural free births (including 2 inductions!) And I absolutely LOVE these tips! I've followed every single one of them for myself in the past, except for the "denial" part 😂. But in my defense I've had 2 labors that were under 2 hours, so I can't really let myself deny true labor for too long or else I won't have my labor team get to me in time! 😂 Would love to hear any tips or wisdom you have for mom's who've had precipitous labors in the past. What to expect, how to prepare, how to catch your own baby if no one has gotten to you yet, etc!
Thanks for subscribing and for sharing your experiences! The denial tip is mostly for first timers. Great question about fast labors. I need to put together some thoughts and get a video for you. Stay tuned!

I’m so sorry you didn’t have better support and someone who really believed in you!!
Thanks for your great videos.
Would you consider a membrane sweep an induction method?
Technically yes, but of the methods it’s the least invasive and doesn’t require a hospital stay.
Thank you for these tips.
3rd baby due 9.11. First 2 births were with epidural. Praying for a supernatural birth this time! I appreciate you! ❤

I just love it when women are told our minds and bodies make us "crazy". Stop doing this! We are told we are crazy " irrational " too much.
That’s right, we aren’t crazy!
Good day, is it possible to have contractions without losing the mucus plug or water bag breaking?
Absolutely!
Ohh, but if the pelvis isn't opened & it's passed the due date, does Inducing labour open it? 😯
@@amazinglifeadventuresit's not the pelvis that needs to open, but rather the cervix. Is that what you mean?
Hey yes, the cervix is what I mean. The Dr at hospital said pelvis wasn't opened when she was doing the check. End up doing a c- sec & had baby..
Congratulations on your birth!
Great
