6:40 its not bad at all for a quick made custom army minifig, but since the legs are custom legs am sure it will not stick in good to a orginal LEGO torso that strong, i mean it will be kinda loose. If you could use nice LEGO legs (probably 1 of the suitable Star Wars legs with knee pads would be cool) then you could even put the tactical belt with a glock as sidearm.

How well does that pilot face mask fit with other helmets? Does it slide around the figure's head like the headset does?
Then where does t hat tan juggernaut heavy vest with all the pouches come from? It looks like the EoD vest, but its obviously not. Or, at least the ones on Minifig cat dont show one with all the pouches on it.
