In this video I will be touring the community of tournament hills in Beaumont ca. I like this community because it has several features that I can appreciate. This community is gated and has a security guard, so if you prefer something more secure this neighborhood might work for you. In addition, this neighborhood also has a large pond in the center of the community that has a catch and release fishing as well as a walking trail that borders the lake, it's actually quite peaceful.
