Amazing tutorial, I love your demonstration of how RTK Query solves the really common frontend headaches especially the polling interval because before this, I've always wondered if top developers use setInterval to be making requests at certain periods or they'd have to use sockets. This was an amazing insight

Why is the isLoading/isFetching inside the useEffect? Isn't the component refreshing on every state changing in the useQuery?
