In that case, you can try this step as well:
Please go to LMUTILITY and here in "start/stop/reread" Click on "stop server" and click on "start server" and then click on "reread license" and next go to "Server diag" and click on "Perform Diagnostics"
Now, Start the application again.
Hopefully this will resolve your issue.
