I guess I gotta thank this channel a lot, it inspired me to get back into dst. Back then I didn't even know it was possible to solo all the bosses and honestly had troubles just surviving. Your videos taught me a lot about the game, I have managed to kill every boss in my survival world and it was probably my best gaming experience in the past year.
@@grm9 Because Maxwell's puppets can be used cratively, and seeing someone like Jakey do that would be very entertaining. Not every speedrun is about efficiency. Wortox would be interesting because his soul hop ability allows both better kiting and easier exploration, while also being food and healing. Both characters are really good, but not Wolfgang, who arguably is THE BEST character. While they do have bigger flaws than comrade wolf, their upsides are a lot more interesting than a flat damage boost. Wolf Max and Wortox are my three mains, and as of my experience, while Wolfgang is without a doubt the strongest, Wortox is a lot more fun to play, just because he has a different playstyle. Maxwell on the other hand is not more fun, in the sense Wortox is, but he is a lot less boring whem it comes to repetative tasks. That's all my opinion tho, your points are fully fair too

Prob do a bossrun as Warly because spring is the only season where you actually can do good dps ,so you have to kill so many bosses as you can like toadstool and the healing part isn’t that bad if you have the Batbat.
I started playing DST last year but I wasn't the best at surviving, so I started searching for guides and stumbled upon this channel. I got better at it but last year of college got to me and I stopped playing. This week I was able to get back at it and was able to kill the Deerclops, Moose/Goose and Bearger (I know, easy ones), tried the Antllion but no success, wish me better luck next time
Holding any sort of dumbbell makes your mightiness go down faster. When you’re not holding any dumbbells, your mightiness goes down based on how low your hunger is. If it is at 0, your mightiness goes down at a rate of 768 per 480 seconds. If it’s between 150 - 200, the meter goes down by 48 per 480. This means you lose about 1 every 10 seconds if your hunger is at least at 150. Edit: carrying certain objects like marble heads or sculptures don’t drain your mightiness, but marble suits and piggybacks don’t count.
I would like to see a woodie speed run, I know woodie isn’t that good, but it would be interesting. Especially because you can run straight to the lunar island with the goose form

everything i see about soloing includes Wolfgang and other characters would be nice to see wilson solo all bosses since its a default character without any dmg benefits.

You can heal Wormwood with 1 of 2 ways (well 2 easy ways); 1 is a honey poultice, instant 30hp requiring only 2 honey and a piece of papyrus, and 2 is the compost wrap which is a Wormwood thing. If you're playing Wormwood right, you should be planting flowers like mad, and while you're at it, may as well make a couple of bee boxes to benefit even more. Honey poultice is pretty easy to do, papyrus is the only big issue, but you can dig them up from the swamp biomes and move them closer to your base (which should be in the Savanna biome for the beefalo manure, because even that heals for 2hp, and can be crafted for better stuff). The compost wrap is probably the most OP thing... just take a few of them before the fight and enjoy a stacking 1HP/s.
These Runs with S tier characters are so much fun! You should do more after you finish all the characters! Also it could be useful a mod that make Bearger spawn in the first autumn! Good night
I think it would be interesting with a boss rush that doesn't include seasonal bosses, so you don't get auto scroll locked like you did! I enjoyed the editing and the humor during collecting the most!
You knocked her down because there's 2 weird attack speeds (ones 2.0 other is 2.5). With Wolfgang dps, he can knock dragonfly down solo when he uses the faster attack speed. It's very random though...and cannot be relied upon. I think new Wolfgang can knock her down occasionally with the slower attack speed though with a dark sword regardless. Attack speed discrepancy is a bug I believe, but it exists. At least it did. Unsure if it still does

You just need to use methods shown in the video and keep practicing using rollback, you can just fight the same boss until you think you are not taking much damage.

@@grm9 from a combat standpoint, killing a butterfly is absolutely worth it for 210 extra damage (3 extra hits with a Ham Bat)

He still has really good DPS outside of spring, 1.8x when the opponent isn’t wet is still one of the best damage multipliers in the game.

Miner hat and log suit is super comfy since you're more mobile
