NRMA Treasure Island is located approximate 1hr South of Brisbane or about 15mins from Surfers Paradise. If you know, Harbour Town shopping centre, its across from that.
There is different types of caravan and camping sites in the park. Some with slabs and some none. There is also a heap of onsite accommodation, ranging from studios to townhouses.
Being in the heart of the Gold Coast, phone reception is not a problem and access to shopping centres and services are abundant.

I have stayed here 4 times in 2000, 2006, 2009 and 2012 and every time I have really enjoyed my stay. It's a lovely park to visit and it's driving distance from the Gold Coast and other locations as well.
