Thanks for showing us what it looks like and how it operates. I don't think any Linux distro needs to mimic Windows' theme, it just needs to be able to run .exe programs.

there's something missing. if we aren't allowed to run apps outside Snaps or without installing them it's definitely not Windows. IMO a directory for different versions of a library outside a container will feel more Windows-like than a DE. IMO containers are a huge burden to companies.
using a known distro with kde would probably be better

Probably made the login uber slow to make it feel just like windows.
At least it isn't trying THAT hard to be Windows. It's trying to be Cinnamon with a Windows skin.

If i had to use an operating system which looks like Windows i would rather use windows, lol.
They need to make every applications gui different so it matches windows better.
