The pedigree in the recent games seem so lifeless. I miss the SVR 06-07 versions where you could basically piledrive their head into the mat like that one dude that almost died that everyone though was Shawn Michaels for some reason haha

I remember seeing the razors edge the first time and thinking no move will ever be more devastating, then hunter hearse Helmsley hit that pedigree on that one Shawn lookalike jobber where he spiked him, miracle the guy was fine. It ended up being the animation for pedigree 2 in HCTP.
The pedigree will always be for me the start of the finisher escalation...like try to top this.

The first ones were like a kneeling x factor, can’t even execute that move when I played those games. I also loved the pedigree in WWF attitude, always loved spamming it. I hated the Pedigree in Smackdown 1 and 2, always looked weak IMO. I remember in smackdown 2, there are times where the opponent will pull an “Ultimate Warrior” by immediately getting up after receiving the Pedigree even if they are already weak. What I love is the version of pedigree that did for Just Bring It and the one for HCTP at 2:15.
