    Nice workout bro! Any tips for beginners sa jumping rope? Medyo hindi ko makuha yung rhythm ko so i end up having my jumps slightly higher para hindi mapatid.

      Thanks bro! Appreciate it! That's normal for beginners (jumping high) and madalas ka rin ma-trip sa rope. First thing you can do is to relax yung feet and arms (less tense), then do your jump and swings as slow as possible. Make sure to use your wrist to rotate the rope instead. It takes some time to practice and get the rhythm right. Would love to know how you did and help you bro! 😄
