I have voted for Reform. Due to mobility issues I am registered for postal voting. I voted and posted the form Wednesday last week.

Once upon a time, London was the greatest city in the world. At its height, it had more influence on more people around the globe than Rome, Karakorum or Constantinople at theirs. Look at what the Uni-party have reduced it to. Can't even fly its own flag in its own city. I can’t see how he can ban the St George flag, legally speaking. Should be just ignored.
He's not banning the George's cross, he's reminding Black cab drivers of govt guidance that has been active since 2010. The flying of flags on the outside of a vehicle can be dangerouse and is subject to a £2500 fine. As profesionals, black cab drivers are held to a higher account and expected to adhere to these guidelines. It has nothing to do with patriotism.
Although not as well publicised, Kahn also recently asked the Met, to clamp down on those driving around with Hizbollah and Palastinian flags, for exactly the same reason.

@@kelly6739 Google flag flying on cars in the UK mate. You will find loads of press on the subject, including the guidelines as to how it should be done safely and the potential penalties. While you are at it, Google R.O.S.P.A and thier thoughts on how proffesional drivers (that includes black cabs) are expected to lead the way, as an example to other road users.😘
