En cette journée chaude et suffocante, les Pompiers du Service Incendie de Montréal ont été appelé à se rendre sur la rue Papineau intersection Gilford.
À cet endroit un feu s'était déclaré. Vue la température élevé frisant les 34 degrés celcius une quatrième alarme a été donnée et ce dans le but de donner du repos aux pompiers qui combataient l'incendie.
Comme il se doit, les pompiers ont vite circonscrit les flammes limitant ainsi les dégâts au bâtiment en cause.

On this hot and suffocating day, firefighters from the Montreal Fire Department were called to go to Papineau Street, Gilford intersection.
A fire broke out at this location. Given the high temperature approaching 34 degrees Celsius, a fourth alarm was given in order to give rest to the firefighters who were fighting the fire.
As expected, firefighters quickly contained the flames, thus limiting the damage to the building in question.
